Our experienced staff, volunteers, and veterans ("Assistance Staff") provide peer-based support derived from shared lived experience. They are not acting as licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals unless explicitly stated and verified in writing.

6. Emergency Services Disclaimer

The Roll Call Foundation is NOT an emergency service provider.

Our platforms, staff, and volunteers are not monitored for emergency response. In the event of a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or immediate threat to safety, CALL 911 immediately. Do NOT rely on our staff or digital platforms for emergency help.

7. Physical Activities & Risk

Participation in Foundation activities including but not limited to boating, fishing, and ramp construction involves inherent physical risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks involved.

8. Accessibility Equipment

All ramps and mobility equipment provided or installed by the Foundation are used at your own risk. Users must follow all safety instructions provided by the logistics team.

9. Therapy Disclaimer

We provide peer-led support only. This is designed to complement, not substitute, professional licensed medical or mental health care. We encourage all members to maintain relationships with primary care providers.

While we assist with the completion of various service forms, The Roll Call Foundation does not guarantee approval by any government agency. You are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information.
